This was the second coin released by Anarcoins. It is an updated version of the original Goxxed coin made in pure silver. It commiserates the fall of the exchange Mt.Gox and was created as "a light hearted lampoon of the entire mess."
They were announced in this Bitcointalk thread.
Not all coins were sold with a Certificate of Authenticity. The first 20 coins were not laser engraved their serial numbers.
